Quetzales is a welcoming dance program for teens and adults who want to stay active, connect with culture, and learn traditional choreography in a supportive community. No prior dance experience is required — all skill levels are welcome.

Quetzales - Teen/Adult Dance Classes

Quetzales offers participants the opportunity to explore traditional cultural dances while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Classes focus on technique, rhythm, and cultural storytelling, creating a meaningful and engaging experience. Whether you are new to dance or returning to it, Quetzales provides a positive space to grow, learn, and connect.

  • Class Fee: $40.00 / Student / Month

  • Registration Fee: $40.00 / Family

  • Class Duration: January 7th - April 29th

  • Class Time: Mondays - 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Ages: 10+

  • Location: Rexburg, ID

  • Experience Level: All levels welcome

Meet Your Instructor

Alexandra Webb

Alexandra V. Webb is the instructor and choreographer of Ballet Folklórico Heritage. Originally from Mexico, she has been dancing since early childhood and holds a four-year technical certification in Mexican folkloric dance from the Escuela de Danza George Berard at the University of Arts of Aguascalientes. Her training emphasized not only technique and choreography, but also the cultural history and regional traditions behind folklórico.

Alexandra has performed, taught, and choreographed for a wide range of events, including cultural celebrations, community festivals, and church performances. She is passionate about helping dancers connect with Mexican culture in an authentic and meaningful way, teaching the stories and significance behind every movement.

Now based in Rexburg, Alexandra is excited to share her knowledge and love for folklórico with the community, inspiring dancers of all ages to celebrate and take pride in Mexico’s rich cultural heritage.

Ballet Folklorico Heritage is a nonprofit organization. After submitting the registration form, please complete payment using our official Venmo nonprofit account.

How to Pay
